30gFresh Packed Mint
half leaves finely chopped, half leaves picked

8 heaped tbsp of Sainsbury's Fat Free Greek Style Fat Free Natural Yogurt 500g OR 8 heaped tbsp of The Coconut Collaborative Natural Yogurt Alternative 350g
0.5Whole cucumber

Instructions
Step 1
Step 1 Place the beef mince (or plant based alternative), finely chopped mint, Baharat and seasoning in a bowl and scrunch together with clean hands until well combined. Shape into 16 even balls and line up on a tray. Heat the oil over a medium heat in a large frying pan and cook the koftas on all sides until well browned. Continue cooking until cooked through and piping hot.
Step 2
Step 2 To assemble the ‘tacos’ spread 1 heaped tbsp of yoghurt (or plant based alternative) over each tortilla wrap. Top with a spoonful of pink pickled slaw, some cucumber ribbons, 2 kofta-style balls and a sprinkling of picked mint leaves. Wrap up and enjoy 2 wraps per person with a side salad
