Instructions

Step 1
Thinly cut 2 breasts into 150g each
Step 2
Cover with paprika and garlic powder, light, soy sauce, chilli oil, honey and pepper then mix and marinate for 30 mins
Step 3
In a seperate bowl add light soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, chilli garlic paste, sweet soy sauce, honey and hoisin sauce. Mix well
Step 4
Cook chicken on high heat for 4 mins each side and then set to the side
Step 5
Add sauce to pan on low-medium heat with cornflour mixed with water and mix until thick
Step 6
Add cooked noodles and mix well to combine
Step 7
Divide into 4 equal portions
Step 8
Cut the chicken and place it on top and season with sesame seeds, spring onion, chilli & leftover sauce (if any)
