Instructions

Step 1
In a clean bowl mix all these ingredients listed for the sauce EXCEPT the corn starch . Also the garlic and ginger if using fresh . Whisk & set aside

In another clean bowl whisk up the egg and milk . Add the chicken along with these seasoning listed , mix and set aside

Over medium heat in large skillet add enough oil to pan/shallow fry. While this heats up , mix the flour & the corn starch , add the chicken & coat it in the flour , then set aside on drying rack if you have one

Once hot add the chicken & cook on both sides for 3 1/2 to 4 min each side . Make sure to fry in batches .
Step 5
Remove all the oil except for 1 Tbsp. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for a few minutes. add the corn starch to the bowl with sauce mixture whisk and add it to the skillet.
Step 6
Add some water if needed then Lower heat to low ; Stir for a few then cover with lid simmer for 5-10 min allowing it to thicken.

Taste the sauce and if need be , ( adding more sugar , orange juice or red pepper flakes etc…only if needed )
Step 8
Add the chicken the sauce mix in until we’ll incorporated . Serve immediately with rice , noodles ect.. and enjoy!
