Instructions
Step 1
sift flour, icing sugar, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Mix in cheese.
Step 3
Add just enough milk to form a stiff dough. knead lightly and roll out 2mm thickness.
Step 4
cut into 4cm squares and prick with a fork.
Step 5
bake at 200*C for 10mins or until lightly golden
