1.25 lbground turkey

⅔ cupold fashioned oats

0.5onion
small, chopped finely

0.5bell pepper
chopped finely

1eggs
large

⅓ cuppanko

1.5 Tblsparsley

1clove garlic

1.5 Tbspketchup
For the Glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf
Step 2
Place loaf on greased aluminum foil tray and bake in toaster oven preheated to 375* F for 25 minutes
Step 3
Make glaze (see directions above)
Step 4
After 25 minutes, glaze loaf and put back in oven, cooking until internal temp reaches 160* F (about 20-22 min)
