Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Clean the potatoes, poke holes in the potatoes with a fork and microwave for 4-6 minutes to soften
Step 3
Cut the steak, onion and potatoes into cubes, mushrooms into quarters
Step 4
Dice the potatoes smaller to ensure they cook at the same time as the steak
Step 5
In a large bowl combine the steak, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, spices and oil (and green beans, if you’re using)
Step 6
Add everything to a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with foil.
Step 7
Bake 30-40 minutes until the steak is done to your liking and the potatoes are tender.
