1 tspolive oil
1 tspsoy sauce

0.5white onion
sliced into half moons
3green onions
chopped into 2 inch stalks
1 packwide rice noodles
1 cupbean sprouts
3 Tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut flank steak against the grain and at an angle to create thin strips 2. On a clean cutting board, mince garlic and ginger adding half of each to the marinade reserving the other half for later. 3. Add corn starch, baking soda, oil, and soy sauce to marinade, then mix. 4. On cutting board, chop your onions, prepare your sauce, and cook noodles according to package. 5. To a wok, add in a few tbsp of oil, add meat and spread flat into a single layer. Once you see the pieces browning around the edges, stir your meat. Leave for another 30 seconds then remove to a clean plate. 6. Add in onions and remaining garlic and ginger, season with salt to let them cook down. 7. Add in noodles and sauce, followed by green onions and bean sprouts. Sauté a minute before adding meat back in. 8. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
