Instructions
Step 1
Mix together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2
Halve the peaches and remove pit. Lightly brush the cut side with balsamic vinaigrette and grill for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 3
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper & oil. Grill chicken on one side until browned. Brush with vinaigrette. Repeat with other side.
Step 4
Slice chicken and peaches and combine with greens, cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Toss with remaining vinaigrette.
