Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line 12 muffin tins.
Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients in a big bowl with a whisk.
Step 3
Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry. Add 2 Tbsp milk if the batter is too dry.
Step 4
Separate batter into muffin tins using a big cookie scoop. Bake 20 minutes ish.
