Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and cook them in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for a minute, stirring frequently. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.

4. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with half of the sauce and spread it evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with the chicken pieces and the remaining sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
