100mlred wine

Instructions
Bolognese
Step 1
Mince the garlic and basil, dice the onion and shredd the carrot.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot. Reduce the heat to medium and add add the onion and garlic. Fry for about 2min until translucent.
Step 3
Add the carrots and fry for 2more minutes.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Step 5
Now add the ground beef. Mince the meat with a wooden spoon and fry for about 2-3min.
Step 6
Now pure in the red wine and let reduce for 1-2min.
Step 7
Pure in the tomato sauce and seasoning. Mix well. Reduce the heat to low. Put on a lid and let simmer for about 20min.
Sandwich
Step 8
Slice the mozzarella.
Step 9
You only need the bottom half of the ciabatta. Try to cut off as little as possible from the upper half.
Step 10
Hollow out the bottom ciabatta half.
Step 11
Pure in the bolognese. Then top it with the cheese slices.
Step 12
Backe in the oven at 200 degree grill station until the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
