Instructions

Step 1
Puree thawed fruit. Separately, use mixer to dissolve erythritol in milk. Add puree, yogurt, protein powder (I used Isopure zero carb) and vanilla extract and blend. Add to ice cream maker and process for 20-30 minutes.
