Step 1
In a pan heat the olive oil and fry without browning the chopped garlic.


Step 2

Add the olives cut in half and the capers.




Step 3

Fry a little and add the tuna (without the oil).


Step 4

Fry a little more and add the tomato sauce.


Step 5
Add the sugar, salt and a few drops of hot sauce.



Step 6

Let it cook, stirring from time to time and reserve.

Step 7

Meanwhile, in a pan with water and salt, cook the pasta.




Step 8
When the pasta is ready, take other out of the water, turn the sauce pan back on, heat it up a little and add the pasta. Serve next.
