Fried Pickle Dip

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I might like fried pickle dip better than french onion dip. Try it and you be the judge! Fried Pickle Dip 1/2-3/4 cup panko crumbs 1 tbsp unsalted butter 1 cup whipped cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 cup fresh dill pickles, finely diced + some for garnish 1-2 tbsp ranch seasoning 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, grated 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped + some to garnish 2 tbsp fresh chive, chopped + some to garnish Salt and pepper to taste Over medium heat, melt butter in a frying pan then add the panko crumbs, lightly toss in butter and toast until golden. Remove from heat to cool and set aside 2 tbsp to garnish. To a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. If consistency is thicker than your preference, add tbsp of pickle juice and lemon juice. Allow to chill for at least 30 minutes. Add garnish, serve with potato chips or pretzels and enjoy!
