Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and beef blood.
Step 2
Using an ice cream scooper, portion your patties and put them on a tray. Using your hands, gently form the patties into balls. Cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to cook.

Slice onions thin and set aside
Step 4
For the green chili sauce, cut 2 long green chilis and then place in a good processor. Add garlic, mayonnaise and vinegar and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Set aside

In a pan toast your burger buns with some butter
Step 6
Heat a pan with some oil until it is hot enough to sear. Add your patty and season with salt and pepper. Top with some thinly sliced onions and smash with a spatula. Cook until well seared and then flip the patty to cook the other side. Repeat till you desired amount of burgers.
Step 7
Assemble your burger with the desired amount of patties and dress with green chili sauce. Now eat 😋
