This is an amazing snack or meal and extremely high protein. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe Calories: 247 Protein: 48g Carbs: 15g Fat: 0g This recipe is for 1 serving...would be a great breakfast or snack to prep ahead of time for the week also. You can always swap out the strawberries for another fruit or put in a medley of fruits. As far as the protein powder you can use any flavor or brand you would like I just listed what I use.
