Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor- process dates, peanuts, peanut butter, oats & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil together until a dough forms
Step 2
Grease an 8x8 pan, line with parchment paper. Add mixture and press into pan. Flash freeze for 10 minutes while you prep the chocolate.
Step 3
In the microwave- melt chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, mixing in between till velvety smooth.
Step 4
Take dough out of freezer & pour on chocolate, top with sea salt.
Step 5
Place back in freezer until set (~30 minutes)
Step 6
Thaw for a few minutes before slicing, & enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer to prevent chocolate from melting.
