Instructions

Step 3
Drain the chicken broth
Step 4
Warm up the oil in a hot pan

Brown the chicken, when finished turn the stove to low adding the bbq sauce and glazing the chicken
Step 6
chop up and steam the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
Step 7
cook rice
