Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for crust right in the pan, spread the mixture around evenly, and press firmly against the bottom and sides of dish.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until they form a smooth batter. Pour into the pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the topping. Pull the cake out, spread the topping evenly over the cake, and return to oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Let the cake cool and then refrigerate for a couple of hours to set.
