Instructions

Step 1
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Step 2
Mix in the vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk.
Step 3
Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 5
Place the dough in the fridge to chill, then preheat the oven to 350.
Step 6
While the oven is preheating, begin assembling the cookies. Place down a graham cracker square, 2 pieces of chocolate, and a marshmallow on top.
Step 7
Once you have 12 assembled s’mores (no more then 6 on a tray!) bring out the cookie dough. Form a tablespoon sized ball in your hands, flatten it out, then place it over the marshmallow like a dome.
Step 8
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes then enjoy!
