ONE PAN CAULIFLOWER DAUPHINOISE Cauliflower cheese met dauphinoise, they fell in love ❤️ and lived happily ever after 😋 And this is their story… This might be my new favourite one pan recipe, delicious served with a salad for Hope you can try it! Chintal x RECIPE Serves 4-6 1 small cauliflower 1 small broccoli 🥦 if you like 2 Maris piper potatoes 5 tablespoons plain flour 500mls milk 200 mls double cream 3 cloves garlic - minced 150gms mature cheddar cheese - grated 125gms mozzarella ball Salt & pepper to taste 1️⃣ Break up the cauliflower & cut into 3-4cm florets. Use the leaves & stalks too 2️⃣ Use a mandolin to thinly slice the potatoes & set aside 3️⃣ Make a white sauce by whisking together the flour & the milk in a large oven proof pan (large enough to fit all the ingredients) Then bring to the boil slowly, mixing well the whole time. It will gradually thicken. 4️⃣ Add the cauliflower, salt & pepper & mix well. Press down to form a flattish layer in the pan 5️⃣ Layer on the sliced potatoes, season with salt & pepper 6️⃣ Add the minced garlic to the double cream, stir well & pour over the potatoes 7️⃣ Sprinkle with the grated cheddar & break the mozzarella over the pan. Crack on black pepper 8️⃣ Bake in the oven at 180C for about 45 - 55 minutes until the cauliflower & potatoes are soft & cooked Enjoy with a side salad 😋
