Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet with a chopped onion
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes

Chop pepperoni into fourths
Step 4
One ground beef is mostly browned, add 1/4 cup of chopped pepperoni to the middle of the skillet and let cook for a few minutes

Drain grease from pepperoni and ground beef, can use a paper towel

Add minced garlic, beef broth, marinara, milk, and pasta (uncooked)

Stir well and bring to a simmer

Cover with a lid and let simmer on medium low heat for about 15 minutes (stir a couple times)
Step 9
Once pasta is cooked add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and stir
Step 10
Top with 1 cup of cheese (again) and let sit on the stove until it melts OR broil on oven until cheese is melted
Step 11
Top with dried parsley
