Ingredients
8 servings
1 pkgGuisada Seasoning
Pack of 3
½ cupwater
or broth
4green bell peppers
1 Tbspoil
900gstewing beef
cubed
parsley
Topping, optional, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together seasoning and water. Chop peppers.
Step 2
In Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and peppers; cook until beef has browned on all sides. Add reserved seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
Step 3
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
Step 4
Serve over rice, with tortillas, or mashed potatoes with chopped parsley, if desired.
Step 5
I also throw everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
