Instructions
Step 1
Place eggs, water and flour in a bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to Speed 2 and mix for 30 seconds. Remove flat beater and attach dough hook. Turn to Speed 2 and mix for 2 mins Hand kneed for 30 seconds to 1 minutes. Cover with a dry towel and let rest 15 mins before extruding.
