BASE: 2 Weet-Bix 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp carrot (grated) 1x medjool date (or 1 tbsp raisins) 10g walnuts (crushed) 1/2 cup milk Sliced banana (for layering) YOGURT LAYER: 160g of Fit Yogurt Vanilla (if you’re impatient 15 mins still works like a charm😆)
