Mix everything in a bowl, add drops of lemon juice, a little bit olive oil, a pinch of salt, and bit basil. Mix and put it inside mushrooms.

Put on a baking sheet and olive oil on it.

Cut the potatoes into slices, place on a baking sheet next to the portobello, and sprinkle with salt and thyme and bit oil.
