Rich chocolate “cake

7 steps
Prep:8minCook:22min
You will see that this cake contains very little flour. It's very rich and moist. You want to eat small pieces at a time - delicious with strong coffee after a meal or with cream/ice cream.

Instructions

Step 1
Line a 20 x 15cm baking tray with parchment paper (I found this works the easiest).
Step 2
Heat your oven to 190 ºC.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and butter in your microwave or in a bowl over boiling water. Stir in the sugar and let cool slightly
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add the flour and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a lined pan and bake for 22 minutes. The cake should still be slightly soft in the middle. (Let the cake bake for about 5 more minutes if it still seems too soft or raw to you.)
Step 6
Using the parchment paper pick the cake out the tray and allow to cool.
Step 7
Serve with fresh cream/ice cream and berries or with coffee.
