Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, dissolve the honey in warm water. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Step 2
In a larger mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and salt.
Step 3
Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
Step 4
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Divide it into 4 equal portions, about 100 grams each.
Step 5
Shape each portion into a small round roll and place them on a baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each roll.
Step 6
Cover the rolls with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes, or until they've puffed up slightly.
Step 7
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 8
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the rolls sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Step 9
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
Step 10
Enjoy!
