Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan and set aside.
Step 2
Mash bananas and mix in oil and butter. Then add eggs, vanilla, sugar and Greek yogurt. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
Step 3
Do not overmix. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Step 4
When a knife comes out clean, it is done! Let cool before slicing. Enjoy a slice toasted with butter!
