2 cupsgluten free flour
2 cupsquick cooking oats
2 cupsdark brown sugar
firmly packed
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspsalt
2 ½ cupssalted butter
softened

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
Step 3
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix in butter with hands until all the flour mix is incorporated
Step 4
Press half of the dough into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes
Step 5
Meanwhile, whisk the caramel sauce with the corn starch, set aside
Step 6
Take the bars out of the oven. Evenly spread the chocolate chips on top of the bars. Pour the caramel evenly over the chocolate.
Step 7
Drop the remaining half of the dough evenly over the top of the bars. Bake for another 30 mins
Step 8
Allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Slice into bars. Enjoy.
