This is a recipe that my grandma just got bored and cooked randomly one day and we love it. We've named them Tanyas in honor of grandma and I love to share it. If there's not enough salt, you're totally allowed to add more. You can also make it from potato or chicken, or both if you're feeling spicy.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut your red potatoes into ovals.
Step 2
Peel the skin off the potatoes
Step 3
Cover your potatoes in bread crumbs
Step 4
Set up boiling water in a pot, 108° degrees, if that's not working for you, higher or lower
Step 5
Put the potatoes in the pot and stir them around for five minutes
Step 6
Take them out carefully and set them on a cookie sheet
Step 7
Add the seasonings and anything else you'd like to try on the potatoes
Step 8
Put the potatoes in a microwave oven on a slightly low setting of 205 or 305 for 2 to 4 minutes.
Step 9
Take out a large bowl and fill it with two cups of flour and 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
Step 10
Add 3/4 cup water, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and stir it.
Step 11
Turn onto a floured surface, need this mix 10 to 12 times.

Add a little flour or water if needed.
Step 13
Let that rest for 10 minutes.
Step 14
While that's resting, take your potatoes out and let them cool for 2 to 4 minutes, whatever heat you're comfortable with.

Divide your dough into 8 portions.

On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7 inch circle or triangle.
Step 17
Put it in a greased cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook your dough pieces under medium heat until slightly browned, about 1 minute on each side.
Step 18
Once your tortillas are done, season them how you like
Step 19
Sandwich the potatoes in between two of the tortillas
Step 20
Soy sauce or ranch is an optional sauce
