Step 1
In a bowl, combine the diced strawberries with the white sugar. Mix together and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil. Add the matcha to a small bowl and 2 tablespoons of the water and whisk until there are no more clumps and it's completely smooth. Add the rest of the water and whisk again until smooth. Pop in the fridge for a few minutes to cool down.
Step 3
To a cup, add a few tablespoons of the macerated strawberries. Then add lots of ice on top.
Step 4
Gently stream in the half and half on top to fill the cup two-thirds full.
Step 5
Finally, add the matcha on top in a gentle stream. Stir together with a straw and enjoy!
