Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Put the stove top stuffing in a large bowl, add the chicken stock and mix, let that sit 3 minutes. Add in the ground beef and eggs. Mix until incorporated but don’t over mix.
Step 3
Place on a sheet pan and shape into a loaf. Spread the ketchup over top.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.
