0.5 lbPork brachiole
2Sweet and spicy sausages

0.5 lbChuck Roast

0.5 lbPork

2 x 29 ozplum tomatoes
peeled

2 x 29 ozTomato sauce

2 x 29 ozTomato Puree

½ Tbsgarlic salt

½ Tbsonion powder

½ tspcrushed red pepper

1 Tbsgarlic

1 Tbssugar

2 Tbsextra virgin olive oil

1 tspsalt

1 tspblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauce pot add olive oil and heat on medium high heat
Step 2
Place meat into sauce pot and saute for 5 minutes per side and remove from pot
Step 3
Add the 2 cans of tomato sauce to pot. Use a wooden spoon to deglaze(scrape meat stuck to bottom)
Step 4
Add remaining 4 cans and spices to pot
Step 5
Use an immersion blender to combine all ingredients
Step 6
Add all the meat to the pot with sauce
Step 7
Cook uncovered on medium high heat until it starts to bubble
Step 8
Partially cover sauce and lower to low heat and let simmer for 3-5 hours stirring occasionally
