This recipe I found off a great food content creator call MyHealthyDish. Just to give her some credit😊. But this recipe does require an air fryer, so if you don't have one I request looking up online of how long to cook the chicken.

Step 1
1. Get chicken thighs and cut them into cubes and put them into a plastic bag.
Step 2
2. In the bag season the chicken with salt pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and a scoop of Dijon mustard and mush the bag all together.

3. Set the air fryer to 400° and cook for 8 minutes. Then open the air fryer and flip the chicken and the time for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
4 while the chicken is cooking get lettuce from the bag and drizzle olive oil on the lettuce and sprinkle some parmesan and squeeze lemon onto the salad.

5. Then get your chicken out of the air fryer and shred it and put on top of your sald then top it with some great value croutons.
