Step 1
Cook the quinoa for 10min

red & white quinoa1 cups
Step 2
Add the bulghar wheat to the pot and cook for another 8min
Bulghar wheat1 cup
Step 3
Drain and cool down the cooked quinoa and bulghar wheat
Step 4
Chop up all the raw ingredients and mix together in a bowl

Mix the olive oil and onion marmalade and drizzle over the chopped ingredients
