Add a huge bunch ( 4 small bunches ) of finely chopped parsley and a handful of mint . Diced tomatoes a diced whole large cucumber diced scallions and mix together

Step 3
In a bowl add olive oil a grated clove of garlic and the juice of a large lemon . Whisk together then pour over the tabouleh . Season with salt and pepper serve with a lemon wedge and Enjoy
