Step 1
Put the bulgur in a large bowl with the boiled water. Cover with a plate and let the bulgur infuse for about 15min.
Step 2
Meanwhile mince the parsley and mint.
Step 3
Grate the tomato, onion, and garlic.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to the bulgur and mix until well combined.
Wrap
Step 5
Heat the tortilla wrap in a pan.
Step 6
Slice the tomato, pickle and cucumber.
Step 7
Spread the tortilla wrap with half of the cigköfte. Leave a 1cm border free.
Step 8
Top the front center of the tortilla wrap with the salad, tomato, cucumber and pickle.
Step 9
Drizzle on the pomegranate syrup.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise. You can additionally wrap it in aluminum foil.
