Be generous while making the caramel and chocolate layer to get an even amount of each layer

Instructions
Shortbread Layer
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Combine 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup coconut oil, 3 tbsp honey in a large bowl, stir until combined

Line a tin with parchment paper and pack down the shortbread mixture
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes, remove and let cool
Step 5
Once cooled, see the caramel layer for further instructions
Caramel Layer
Step 6
Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup honey and pinch of salt in a sauce pan over the stove on medium-low heat
Step 7
Sitr until all ingredients are combined, remove from heat and cool
Step 8
Once cooled, grab the shortbread layer. Spread the caramel layer ontop of the shortbread. Put in the freezer
Step 9
Once frozen, about 15-30 minutes, see chocolate layer
Chocolate Layer
Step 10
Combine 1/2 cup chocolate, 1 tbsp coconut oil and pinch of salt in a sauce pan over the stove on medium-low heat
Step 11
Sitr until all ingredients are combined, remove from heat and cool
Step 12
Once cooled, grab the shortbread and caramel layer. Spread the chocolate layer ontop of the caramel. Put in the freezer
Step 13
Once frozen, about 15-30 minutes, cut up the frozen candy bar
