Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix all those lovely spices with your chicken thigh strips until they're all snug and covered in flavor.

2. Heat a little glug of oil in your favorite pan.

3. Toss in those chicken strips and get them nice and brown on both sides. That sizzle is the sound of deliciousness in the making!

4. In go your onions and capsicum, followed by a 1/2 cup of water. Swirl them around, and then let them steam under the lid for 5 mins. 🍲
