I am not a lover of Melktert, but this one is really devine! I made a tennis biscuit and butter crust. I added a bit of vanilla essence to the tart mixture as well.

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together sugar, eggs, cornflour and flour
Step 2
On the stove, heat milk and butter until butter is melted and mixture start to simmer
Step 3
Remove from heat and add flour mixture, whisking constantly
Step 4
Return to heat and gently cook and whisk until mixture thickens
Step 5
Poor over pie crust of your choice and dust over cinnamon
