This two ingredient instant fluffy bread is a lifesaver when you rub out of bread ! It takes five minutes to throw it together then no proving and only 35 minutes to bake ! It’s so fluffy and really absorbs flavor if you brush some garlic butter on top !

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add self rising flour and Greek yogurt together . Note : use 1 1/4 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt for every cup of plain flour if you have no self rising flour . Mix until a wet tacky dough is formed

Step 2
Sprinkle some flour on your surface then place the dough and sprinkle some more on top . Fold the dough up over itself and shape it into ia round circle .
Step 3
Cut the dough into 6 even pieces then roll into balls using a little touch more flour only only if necessary . Butter your baking dish ( use a round one or a cake tin ) place the balls in the. Bake at 170 c fan setting 340 f fan setting for 35 minutes . Once baked brush the top with butter if you like or garlic butter as it will absorb into the bread and be so delicious . Then remove and let cool on a wire rack ! Enjoy !
