Step 1
In a bowl add the yogurt oats bread soda salt poppy seeds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds sesame seeds and flax seeds and mix until a thick dough is formed
Step 2
Smooth the dough into a lined greased loaf pan then bake at 165 c fan setting for 45 minutes
Step 3
Once baked remove from the oven and let it cook for ten minutes before turning it out into a wire rack and allowing it to cool completely ! I love to slather some delicious Irish butter all over mine ! Enjoy
