For the garlic and herb butter

Step 1
Mix the yogurt and flour in a large bowl until a meet tacky dough is formed . Turn it out onto a floured surface and fold the dough onto itself . Use a little more flour if necessary and cut into 6 pieces . Roll into balls and add to a buttered dish . Bake at 170 c /349 f fan setting for 35 minutes or until deep golden
Greek yogurt3 cups
For the garlic and herb butter
Step 2
Melt the salted butter in a pan then add the garlic herbs red pepper flakes and pepper . Let it simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes for the flavors to infuse . I use salted butter but if using regular butter add a pinch of salt

Step 3
When the bread is ready remove from the oven and immediately slather all over with the garlic and herb butter . This will make soften crust and make the bread super tasty ! Enjoy
