Olive Garden Fettuccine Alfredo with Crispy Chicken

3Chicken breasts

1 PouchParmesan Herb Panko Break Crumbs
1 cupflour
1 cupmilk
ground black pepper
olive oil
Alfredo Sauce
6 tablespoonsbutter
1 tablespoongarlic
minced
2 tablespoonsflour
1 ½ cupsheavy whipping cream
1 ½ cupsmilk
½ cupparmesan cheese shredded
½ cupromano cheese
dried parsley

Instructions
Chicken
Step 1
In a shallow dish, dredge chicken in flour. In second shallow dish, dip floured chicken in milk. In third shallow dish, dredge in Parmesan Herb Panko Bread Crumbs.
Step 2
Repeat procedure with remaining chicken breasts. Season all with pepper to taste.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add 2 chicken breasts; cook until light brown, about 4 minutes per side.
Step 5
Transfer to Air Fryer. Cook for 15 min (12 min if preheated) at 390°.
Fettuccine Alfredo
Step 6
1. Boil the fettuccine according to package instructions. As the water preheats, begin the sauce.

2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute.
Step 8
3. Whisk in the flour. Gradually add the heavy cream, then the milk, whisking constantly.
Step 9
4. Reduce the heat to low once the sauce begins to bubble. It will continue to thicken as it simmers.
Step 10
5. Slowly sprinkle in the cheeses and parsley, continuing to whisk. Leave on low heat stirring occasionally until served.
Step 11
6. Drain the pasta and serve.
