Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the pan to medium-heat and heat the sugar till it has liquified and golden.
Step 2
When it starts to turn to amber, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3
Pour the butter in the pan and stir until incorporated with the sugar.
Step 4
Pour the cream in the pan and whisk fast until homogenous.
Step 5
Pour the vanilla extract and salt, whisk until mixed and looks like caramel then transfer into a heat-proof bottle and let cool.
