Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl Whisk melted butter and brown sugar together
Step 2
Once fully combined whisk in eggs, vanilla extract and Hot Water Mix until fully incorporated
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients
Step 4
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. For best results add 3/4 cups at a time mixing in between. Mix until just combine avoid overly mixing
Step 5
once all ingredient are mixed add your chocolate chips to the bowl by folding them into the batter.
Step 6
cover the batter and refrigerated for 30mins
Step 7
Preheat oven to 375 Lightly grease your baking pan
Roll cookies into 2 inch balls, place on the baking pan leaving space in between each cookie for them to expand. Slightly press down the cookie balls with a fork
Bake for 8-10 mins allow cookies to cool 2-3 mins before transferring to a cooling rack
