Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Macaroons

A beloved recipe from my childhood. This super easy, no-bake cookie confection will satisfy your chocolate cravings! This recipe makes about 30 macaroons.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix oats and coconut together. Set aside.

In a pot bring butter, cocoa, sugar, and milk to a boil using medium heat stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 3 minutes.

Step 3
Remove from stovetop and stir in vanilla.

Pour over oat and vanilla mixture. Stir until completely combined.

Drop by tablespoon on waxed paper or silicone mat. Allow macaroon to cool and dry.
