A beloved recipe from my childhood. This super easy, no-bake cookie confection will satisfy your chocolate cravings!
This recipe makes about 30 macaroons.

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix oats and coconut together. Set aside.

Step 2
In a pot bring butter, cocoa, sugar, and milk to a boil using medium heat stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 3 minutes.

Step 3
Remove from stovetop and stir in vanilla.

Step 4
Pour over oat and vanilla mixture. Stir until completely combined.
Step 5
Drop by tablespoon on waxed paper or silicone mat. Allow macaroon to cool and dry.
