Instructions
Step 1
Cut Cucumbers to your liking.
Step 2
Mix Water, vinegar, sugar & salt together over a low heat until sugar and salt is dissolved.
Step 3
Add cucumber to jar and add peppercorns, mustard seeds and dill sprigs
Step 4
Once cool pour the liquid into the jar, leaving a small gap at the top
Step 5
Refrigerate for 2-4 days before using
