Instructions
Step 1
Remove the stems and slice peppers into 1/4 " rings, without coring the peppers.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, combine vinegar, water and spices. Bring to a roiling boil.
Step 3
Ladle the peppers and bine into 1/2 pint jars seal and refrigerate for 2 days and enjoy.
